What we are

Family Equity Protection is an independent insurance marketing service. We are not an insurance company, we do not underwrite policies, and we do not provide quotes or bind coverage. We are not a lender or loan servicer and have no connection to your mortgage. Our service is to introduce you to a licensed insurance agent in your state. Any coverage you obtain is issued by a licensed insurance carrier and subject to that carrier’s underwriting, terms, and approval. We are paid by carriers only if a policy is issued, and never by you. See our Disclosures.

Family Equity Protection is a trade name of Sakred Business Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 382 NE 191st St, Miami, FL 33179.

No quotes on this site

The questionnaire produces no figure, premium, or coverage amount. Nothing shown on this site is a quote, an offer of insurance, or a promise of eligibility. Availability, coverage amounts, and pricing are determined by the carrier, and any number you are given comes from the licensed agent you speak with.

Contact consent

When you press the submit button you agree, by electronic signature, to receive marketing calls about insurance products from Family Equity Protection and the licensed insurance agents and agencies it provides your request to, at the number you gave. Those calls may be placed with automated technology and may use an artificial or prerecorded voice, including an AI-generated voice. You also agree to receive email at the address you gave. This applies even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Texts are separate. Any texts come from Family Equity Protection only, and only if you tick the separate text box on the form. Texts may also be sent with automated technology.

You can opt out at any time, in any reasonable way, including by saying “stop calling” on any call, replying STOP to any text, or using the unsubscribe link in any email. The exact words you agree to are shown under the submit button and stored with your submission. They read:

Text message terms

• Program: Family Equity Protection Alerts, operated by Family Equity Protection, a trade name of Sakred Business Solutions LLC.
• What you receive: confirmation of your request, an introduction from the licensed agent handling it, scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about the coverage you asked about.
• Frequency: varies; up to 8 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.
• For help: reply HELP, or email support@familyequityprotection.com, or call (813) 726-1753.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy of your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own, that the phone number you give is one you are entitled to consent for, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Availability

Products described are not available in all states, and eligibility varies. We may modify or discontinue this site at any time.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its content belong to Family Equity Protection and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Equity Protection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a agent or carrier you are connected with. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
